CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens and I understand that you may need to cancel your appointment. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to your appointment time. As a returning client, If you change your appointment more than 3 times, you will need to submit a deposit to secure the 4th. If cancelled within the allotted time stated above, you may reschedule your appointment. Please contact me to do so at 323-632-2129 or email ajanelhairco@gmail.com If cancelled after 24 hours until your appointment time, A Janel Hair Co will either charge a cancelation fee of 35% of your service or if you decide to reschedule your cancelled appointment, you may do so but will have to submit a deposit to secure it if one wasn’t already paid.
